About the Process
Luna Flare is a human-led virtual idol project built around original lyrics, high-energy rhythm ideas, studio vocals, and modern production tools.
Songs begin with human-written lyrics, concepts, drum samples, loops, rhythm ideas, and creative direction. Producer Dean Martinetti works with Min-ji and Yuma on the lyrics and overall song direction, then uses those human-created parts as the foundation for each track.
AI-assisted tools such as Suno may be used to help shape the songs, develop structure, build out arrangements, and bring the project’s mix of drum and bass, EDM, and idol pop into focus. Vocals are added later in the studio, giving the songs a human performance layer on top of the production workflow.
AI-assisted tools may also be used during production, mixing, mastering, and arrangement support. These tools help refine the sound, dynamics, transitions, and overall impact, but the lyrics, rhythm ideas, vocal direction, creative choices, editing, and final release decisions are made by human creators.
